Own-sponsored contractor representation as well as management and control of demanding new construction, modernization and major maintenance measures over all phases of the project Project management according to AHO with coordination and control of all project participants such as architects, specialist planners, contractors, authorities, users and contractors Project management according to AHO with coordination and control of all project participants such as architectural and technical planning offices, contractors, authorities, users Responsibility for project preparation, project planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of construction services and participation in acceptances Ensuring project targets with regard to costs, dates and quality including cost controlling and timing Participation in the preparation and implementation of contracts and coordination with contractors Takeover or participation in architectural services in the performance phases 1–9 HOAI

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as an architectin, engineerin or project manager*in as well as detectable experience in the support of new and modernization projects Knowledge in construction project management and project management Experience in the cost, timing and quality management of construction projects as well as knowledge of all performance images of HOAI Secure handling of MS Office and common project management, CAD, scheduling and tendering software Impressed communication and organizational ability, team orientation, sense of responsibility and an independent and conceptual way of working
