• Process design: By matching IT solutions you opt for the core business processes of our customers in the healthcare sector. • Implementation: You implement complex IT systems with focus on software, processes and organization. • Requirement analysis: Systematically, you raise requirements in demanding projects and introduce your industry-specific expertise. • Conception: In the team you develop individual IT solutions for our customers as part of digitalization initiatives. • Testing: You take the structured testing of IT systems and/or test management in challenging projects. • Project roles: In classic and agile projects, you can participate in different roles such as (partial) project management, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Release Train Engineer.

• Training: Your completed studies in an STEM department form the technical foundation for this role. • Professional experience: With at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in health care, you bring the necessary practice to carry out IT projects. • Knowledge of methods: You are familiar with common methods and approaches such as UML, BPMN and agile and classic project management frameworks such as Scrum, Prince II or PMI. • Technology: Thanks to your technological understanding of relevant IT technologies and healthcare products, ideally also for current IT topics such as cloud or robotics, as well as AI-based tools, you can safely arrange customer requirements and support suitable solutions. • Communication: With your strong communicative skills, you will inspire others and convince different stakeholders in the project environment. • Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
