Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

We are a well-known family-run medium-sized group of companies from the real estate sector with a central headquarters in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. For over 110 years we have been dealing with our own and foreign objects in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. We continuously develop our buildings and secure the sustainable development of our properties. The main tasks of our company include the management and management of residential properties as well as the project development and realization of new construction, reconstruction and renovation projects. We are looking for a technical property manager*in (m/w/d) at the next possible date in full time with home office option.

Their tasks include the planned maintenance and modernization up to the project level of our existing buildings. The creation of maintenance and service contracts is just as important as your task as monitoring and compliance with statutory requirements / monitoring cycles. You work on budget planning technology, monitor the structural conditions of our buildings, among other things, on the basis of regular object visits, assess the damage and cause their removal.

You ideally have a completed training as a construction engineer, another craft training with completed master (m/w/d) mainly in a technical building (heating, water, wastewater or electrical engineering) or a completed vocational training in the field of building technology / facility management. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in housing, or another comparable qualification. Cost awareness, negotiation security, knowledge of VOB and HOAI are common ground for you. You control and monitor the measures according to cost-benefit ratio. You have organisational skills and have a solution-oriented and structured approach. Dealing with MS-Office is everyday for you. Experience in the application of a CAFM system and IT affinity are desirable. You speak fluently German (C1 level) and have the license of class B. Their positive radiation in dealing with colleagues, tenants and craftsmen facilitates communication and allows you to control our masters. You like the change between office work and object visits.
