Your tasks Product development: You accompany our products throughout the life cycle – from idea to market launch and further development Market Analysis and Observation: You analyze market and competition developments and guide specific fields of action Sales planning: You coordinate sales planning in the business areas Private financing, brokerage and construction Concepts: You develop target-group and topic-related sales concepts in close cooperation with address management Product support: You create sales-supporting materials, argumentation aids and product information Training and workshops: You plan and moderate product training and workshops Platform and Process Optimization: You’re consulting and optimising our intermediary platforms, developing them further and coordinating cooperations as well as commission-relevant processes

Your profile You have successfully completed a training for the Savings Banker or Banker (m/w/d) or are willing to retrieve it quickly You have at least. 2 years of sales-oriented professional experience collected, ideally in sales support or product control in the financial sector Impressive analytical skills and strategic thinking Making you informed decisions for our product range You are familiar with agile working methods and have a good process and technical understanding High sales orientation and strong market understanding make you a link between sales and our customers You have a high affinity for digital platforms and systems and are passionate about modern technologies
