Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) (m/f/d)

1. Standardization and Process Security Implementation, monitoring and further development of production, quality and performance standards Ensuring compliance with existing work and process instructions Training of employees and intervention in case of deviations
2. Analysis & Optimization Recording and Evaluation of IST Processes Using Excel, OneNote and MS Teams Identification and analysis of waste along the process chain Development of target processes and concrete improvement proposals Implementation of efficiency and productivity analyses
3. Qualification & Qualification Implementation of qualification checks at employees (e.g. questions based on work/process instructions and process knowledge) Handling process knowledge in workshops and training
4. Project and workshop work Co-operation and partial management of KVP workshops Support in interdisciplinary projects, in particular in the production environment Contribution to short-term operational challenges (e.g. line change, measures to ensure productivity)
5. Interface management Operational feasibility tests of new products or customer/supplier requests Participation in shopfloor and technology meetings Communication and coordination with production, technology, quality, purchasing and sales
6. Quality assurance & audit preparation Simulation of internal audits in defined areas of production Documentation and reporting to supervisors
