Working in the test field: You work close to the product, actively accompany testing processes and bring your expertise directly into technical implementation. Strategic quality planning: You develop standards, analyze quality indicators and implement targeted measures for continuous improvement. Compliance & Audits: You ensure that internal and external requirements are complied with – ensuring security. Optimize processes: You identify potential for improvement, develop efficient processes and ensure that quality and productivity go hand in hand. Training & Coaching: You pass on your knowledge, develop talents in the team and build quality awareness at all levels. Interface to Management: You work closely with the management, deliver sound analyses and make your recommendations.

Best conditions: You have a completed vocational training as an Electonic:in for industrial engineering, energy and building technology or automation technology – you also enjoy a degree as a technician or master. Experience in quality management: You have already gained knowledge in quality management and know what to do in securing and developing standards. Analytical thinking & ownership: You work structured, recognize relationships quickly and negotiate solution-oriented.
