Manual installation of components such as mounts, sensors and cables at individual workstations Operation and monitoring of automated systems, e.g. in the circuit board assembly Sequencing of finished assemblies (such as bumpers) for further processing on the final assembly belt Implementation of quality controls and fault analyses in the initial control Careful documentation of all steps in the BMW own system

Complete vocational training in a craft or technical profession Embossed craftsmanship and technical understanding Experience in the assembly of components or similar activities High concentration and eye for detail Willingness to work in the shift system
