Product Owner Bancassurance (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the product backlog in the insurance sector on the central banking platform of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanks as well as professional control of product development in the agile Scrum and SAFe team. You evaluate and prioritize the Product Backlog taking into account business value, strategic goals, technical possibilities, benefits and economics. Continuous structuring and control of requirements and developments from sales and specialist areas with the aim of a user-centric, high-quality and economical application. You transform technical and technical requirements into usable user stories, including definition and responsibility of acceptance criteria, and ensure a uniform understanding of all stakeholders involved. Active stakeholder management up to management level as well as controlling dependencies and interfaces to other implementation teams.

Successful study of business management, (economic) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector as well as sound or multiannual professional experience, as an alternative comparable qualification through relevant professional and project experience. You bring a good understanding of agile methods and processes in the Scrum and SAFe environment, ideally out of an agile function, and have a pronounced technical affinity. Embossed team orientation and joy in cooperation in cross-functional, agile teams and high self-responsibility for your product You convince through excellent communication skills and persuasive power across different hierarchy levels, like to meet decisions and act confidently in stakeholder management. Ability to structure complex relationships, to translate into concise statements and presentations, and to derive conclusive recommendations for action. Good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2-C1).
