Black Digits creates the technological foundation for digital freedom of choice in Europe. As an IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the Lidl and Kaufland trade divisions as well as the Black Production and PreZero. At the same time, we act as an independent provider on the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. Your role in us As the head of our department, you are actively driving technological evolution and sleeping the decisive bridge between strategy and operation. In this key position, you act as a central interface between the operating base and the team management you report directly to. In close coordination with your team manager, you can control the daily business as well as the personnel deployment planning and ensure the smooth success of your department.

Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership and strategic development of your team. Operations: Ensuring application availability, maintenance and compliance with SLAs. Innovation: Modernization of operating processes by automation and modern deployment methods. Interface: Close cooperation with departments, campus institutions and external partners.

Foundation: Study of (economic) informatics, BWL or comparable qualification. Expertise: Multiannual IT experience as well as sound project management competence. Leadership: You already have first experience in the management of staff – ideally as a shift manager, team coordinator or deputy department manager – and are now looking for the next step in disciplinary leadership responsibility. Your work: You work independently within your area and appreciate the close coordination and coaching by your superior team leader. Language: You communicate fluently in German and English. .
