As an expert:in you take over the individual and comprehensive advice of the customer and are responsible for the requirement analysis and presentation of tailor-made solutions, the creation of cost estimates and customer training. In this context, you receive technical customer requests, develop the specific requirements and install and configure the Matrix42 solutions. You work closely with our customers and your colleagues, for example in process consulting and technical implementation for the optimal use of Service Desk, Asset Management, Service Catalog and, if necessary, Contract Management/License Management. With your expertise, you will create interfaces to various systems (via SQL or REST-API) and connect the system to the IT infrastructure available to the customer.
