Logistics 4.0 Process Manager (m/f/d)

Development and administration of our Logistics 4.0 systems (e.g. SARA 4.0, Sequence Manager, Bito, AGV) Analysis, optimization and standardization of logistical processes along the material supply of PCB production Ensuring efficient SAP processes and relevant interfaces with the aim of continuous information and material flow Identification of optimization potentials and development and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Planning, coordination and implementation of projects from concept phase to successful implementation Creation of detailed concepts and introduction of new processes and systems Creation of work instructions and training for managers and multipliers Analysis of deviations and initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures Identification, evaluation and introduction of AI-based analysis and decision support to optimise logistical processes Technical cooperation with production, SCM, IT and external partners to develop innovative solutions and technologies

Graduate in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Technical Logistics; Alternative Technicians (m/w/d) with multi-year relevant professional experience or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the design, analysis and optimization of logistical processes Experience in project and process management Experience in dealing with data-driven decision-making processes Basic understanding for AI-based analysis and optimization approaches Knowledge in SAP and logistics control and material flow systems Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of Power BI, C++ or comparable tools are beneficial Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Own initiative and the ability to identify optimization potentials and actively drive changes Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced communication capability
