These are your tasks:

• Own-responsible processing of customer requests in the areas of billing, market communication and device and energy data management
• Telephone and written support of customers (Inbound)
• Maintenance of master data, processing of invoices, complaints and complaints
• Active cooperation in the field of expertise and cooperation with adjacent departments

• Complete training or multi-year experience in customer care
