Responsible project management of building engineering construction measures to adapt our buildings and infrastructure to the energy and medical requirements of tomorrow Head of exciting TGA projects in our buildings and in our complex hospital infrastructure in existing and new building projects – from planning to commissioning Participation in the energetic transformation of the hospital into a CO2-neutral energy supply Project monitoring and control of technical contractual contents, costs, dates and qualities as well as technical control of planners, externals and experts Central contact person for the UKSH, the real estate partner and the exporting companies during the project

Successfully completed technical studies (plant engineering, technical building equipment and utility technology, energy and building technology or equivalent) Experience in project and construction management of large engineering-loaded construction measures, desirable experience in hospital construction/operation Knowledge of preventive or plant-technical fire protection and experience in building in stock as well as construction measures in operation are desirable Funded knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as safe handling of MS Office Safe appearance, structured, reliable and flexible working methods, performance and cost-oriented action as well as strong team skills and high commitment
