You work on current projects and business projects from the outset and have the opportunity to experience the extensive capital market business of LBBW. You connect to senior management and other areas of the bank. A stay at one of our foreign sites in New York, London, Singapore or Seoul will complement your trainee program. The 18-month trainee program is dedicated to your previous experience and wishes and prepares you as a dancer:in an individual, targeted and professional way for your demanding work after the trainee program. The basis for your entry is a master's degree completed excellently until the start of the trainee program. You have already gained valuable experience through internships or work students (ideally also abroad) and thereby proves an extensive economic understanding. You understand economic relationships and already have the first practical knowledge of commercial, financial or capital market products. You are sure to use digital tools such as MS Office or VBA, also programming languages. Whether in German or English - You can communicate safely at all levels (min. level C1), you are customer-oriented and perform competently and responsibly. You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You like to move in a vibrant and creative environment and work actively and targeted on new topics. You appreciate the joint work in the team and enjoy sharing with others.

Welcome Week: You start your program together with all other trainees in the group Solid basis: You are part of the Department of Capital Market and Asset Management Locally and globally: Get to know all the topics in the business area (Financial Markets Sales/Trading, Asset Management, Research, Treasury, Business Development) as well as selected business areas across the bank during the first 15 months - including a multi-week commitment at at least one of our foreign locations. The areas of application are individually oriented to your ideas/or orientations.
