Online trading sounds like websites and advertisements. In practice at VWFS, it means that you ensure that digital products and services relating to mobility are accessible, understandable and usable. You learn how digital business models actually work – from offer to marketing to contract conclusion. You will also shape your deployment with a focus on digital sales: Online Sales & Shop: From content care to outcome evaluation, we ensure the design of our digital offers. Marketing & campaigns: This area is responsible for the execution and planning of campaigns and operates marketing across the Group (including online marketing, success control, number evaluation). Customer communication & service: Here we serve our customers: from consultation to conclusion of the contract and to solving the problem. Data & Evaluation: Based on the analysis, we derive concrete measures from our data (including user behavior, sales, countermeasures).

You start on August 1st and change between practical phases with us and teaching at the Otto-Bennemann School in Braunschweig. Azubi Project: You work on your own topics and implement first projects independently, from idea to evaluation. In-house seminars: You support you in the development of expertise and successful completion. Flexible and independent deployment planning – all business units are open to you.

You will learn this at the vocational school: The theoretical content of the Otto-Bennemann School in Braunschweig gives you the opportunity to build your knowledge step by step, even without prior knowledge: E-Commerce Basics: You learn how digital trade is going (including online shops, product presentation, sales processes). Marketing & Analysis: You plan measures and advertise them (including campaigns, promotional measures, key figures). Customer and service processes: You learn to design processes professionally and legally safe (including: communication, returns, contracts). Economic foundations: You understand how companies work economically and how digital distribution channels contribute. Project work: You plan, develop and present your own project as a central part of your final exam.

You have at least one secondary degree I - real school degree. Your last two testimonials are at least 2.5. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level). Interest in business, digital topics and online processes. Fun at math, German or business. Motivation to meet new technologies. Self-employed, reliable working and team skills.

Attractive training allowance of over 1,300 euros per month at 35 hours per week and 30 days per year. Our campus in Braunschweig is generous and green and offers a lot of space for working and learning from the quiet learning area to the open working area.
