OPEX Expert / Project Lead S/4HANA Transformation (m/f/d)

Project Lead S/4 HANA Transformation In your first time with us you take a central support function for the factory management and coordinate and control the factory-related S/4HANA activities operationally. You ensure full transparency about tasks, dependencies, risks and progress including consistent action tracking. You are responsible for stakeholder communication at the upper management level both by S/HANA project team and the factory management team and ensure a clear flow of information.

OPEX Expert You can design the OPEX standards and best practices at the Lengerich site as well as in the cross-works and continuously develop them. You control portfolios and implement company-wide lean initiatives as well as transformation projects in the different areas of the plant. You take responsibility for productivity and cost saving initiatives with measurable sustainable efficiency, quality and productivity impact.

You have a successfully completed technical study, a further education to the master or Technicians or a comparable qualification. You have demonstrable experience in managing complex projects and keep an overview even with manifold dependencies. Ideally, you bring knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformations or comparable and understand the challenges involved. You have specialist know-how in the field of Process Excellence / Operational Excellence (OPEX) and can use this in a targeted manner in the project environment. You are convinced by distinct skills in stakeholder management as well as by targeted, clear communication – even at management level. You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner.
