Project Manager Occupational Safety (Human)

As a key force in our team, you act as an interface between operational implementation, management of real estate optimization projects and ensuring comprehensive legal compliance. Your expertise contributes significantly to achieving the strategic goals of the German Real Estate Team. You work in a team of 7 campus managers and report directly to the campus Real Estate & Workplace Lead Germany. Project management: You take over the independent management and control of multi-site real estate projects, including the planning and control of time, budget and quality. Stakeholder Management: The close cooperation with internal departments such as IT, HR and Legal as well as with external partners, authorities and service providers is one of your core tasks. Safety at work: As a specialist in occupational safety (SIFA), you advise managers and management on all issues of occupational, fire and health protection and integrate the requirements in all phases of the project. Risk assessment: At all German locations, you carry out risk assessments, document them and investigate accidents at work within the framework of security visits and audits. Concept development: Your expertise flows into the development, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive safety, emergency and prevention concepts. Knowledge transfer: The planning and implementation of training and instruction on the topic of occupational safety completes your task area.

Professional experience: You bring at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable function, ideally from an internationally operating company. Project management expertise: Detectional expertise in the management of construction, reconstruction or real estate projects is yours; certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, Prince2) is a strong plus. Expertise: You have profound knowledge of German laws and regulations in occupational, fire and health protection (e.g. ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV). Technical understanding: A strong technical understanding of the functioning of buildings, from building technology to fitting-out and maintenance is obvious to you. Communication strength: Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as reliable German knowledge and ideally very good English knowledge are among your strengths. Personality: A high level of sense of responsibility, self-initiative, enforcing ability and flexibility shape your analytical and risk-conscious way of working.
