Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

You work independently and independently on your own work packages as a full-fledged team member in top management projects of the Otto Group. You support the Otto Group as well as its individual companies in the strategic analysis and development of new and further development of existing business areas. You participate in the development of national and international growth strategies and identify new business models for the Otto Group. You conduct international country, industry and business field analyses and prepare them for the Otto Group Management Board. With a strong focus on varied project work instead of day-to-day business, you will gain exciting insights into various topics.

Must-have: You are a enrolled student*in with very good academic achievements in the field of economics or in a comparable degree course or you are in your Gap Year between Bachelor and Master. You have completed first challenging internships or already founding experience. You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a pronounced social competence. You know yourself especially well in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). You have already gained experience abroad (in studying or internship). You can support us from October 2025 for 4-6 months. Your language level: German C2 and English B2. You can also be available for longer than 6 months?
