How you support us:

• Technical maintenance: performance and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and control work in the fields of electrical, heating, sanitary, elevator and fire detection
• Renovation work: execution of painter, drywall and minor repair work to maintain the value of the equipment
• Object and plant care: ensuring a proper, safe and functional condition of all buildings, rooms and technical installations
• Garden and outdoor care: care and maintenance of green and outdoor facilities including seasonal work and ensuring a well-maintained appearance
• Coordination of service providers: coordination and monitoring of workflows with internal teams and external trade and maintenance firms
• Safety and fire protection management: participation in the implementation of safety and fire protection measures and compliance with applicable regulations
