Your duties As a designer (m/w/d) with a perspective on leadership, you are an integral part of our projects in the field of environmental rehabilitation. Your future responsibilities include:

• Safe and efficient operation of chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumpers, partly with GPS control.
• Over-regional use on demanding demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites. As part of your development to the foreman (m/w/d), you also gradually assume the following responsibilities:
• Active support in the organization and coordination of workflows with the aim of taking over later management tasks.
• Regular participation in targeted training and training measures, the costs of which we of course take over.
• Practical promotion and incorporation by experienced colleagues who accompany you on your career path.
