Professional field: Credit management Corporate customers & private customers Degree of employment: Full-time Location: Central Bregenz We are looking for a:n employee for intensive care of risk-relevant corporate customers. You accompany challenging customer situations and develop concepts with internal and external partners.

Own processing and supervision of corporate clients' credit engagements in an economic problem situation Analysis and assessment of the current economic conditions and assessment of the value and feasibility of the collateral Showing action options and developing renovation and restructuring concepts – if necessary also in cooperation with external experts: Managing negotiations and solutions with customers and third parties Continuous reporting and preparation of decision bases for the Bank's bodies, including the NPE Committee Joy in developing a wide range of topics in the field of credit management

Completed economic or legal studies and/or multi-year professional experience in credit business Funded expertise in credit business and experience in credit decisions Ideally, first experience in intensive care, restructuring or receivable management Solution-oriented approach and professional handling of economic crisis situations of our customers High social competence and strong communication skills Enforcement and resilience, as well as rapid understanding and cross-disciplinary thinking
