The property construction project management is responsible for all new construction projects and major maintenance measures for the urban cleaning of Hamburg. For this purpose, you are planning all the underground, road and sewer construction measures for our properties at the different locations in Hamburg over all phases of performance. If necessary, you will commission and control internal and external contractors:inside and actively participate in the planning and coordination with internal and external project participants.

You have a degree in the field of civil engineering or a comparable qualification They have professional experience in planning and construction monitoring, in project management of medium-sized construction projects and in the creation of performance directories, ideally in the field of civil engineering, sewer, earth, and road construction In addition to good knowledge in MS Office and MS Project, you will know VOB and HOAI as well as AVA (Orca), CAD (Allplan) and SAP Their mode of operation is structured.
