Manager ESG-Reporting (m/w/d)

The Corporate Center is the seat of the Bertelsmann board. It coordinates all corporate activities of the Group and takes over numerous corporate functions such as the establishment and further development of the Group strategy, capital allocation, financing and management development, as well as other key tasks in the fields of law, personnel, communication and information technology. The Corporate Responsibility department is part of the staff of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. We are a small, highly motivated team and are working on the further development of our Corporate Responsibility by implementing strategies, concepts, projects and measures relating to responsibilities such as environmental and climate protection, diversity, equity & inclusion, and health, safety & well-being in close cooperation with our colleagues in the business areas internationally. In addition, topics such as ESG reporting and ESG ratings are dealt with in our department.

Against the backdrop of new transparency requirements for companies (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, EU-Taxonomy, LKSG), you deal with the Group-wide ESG reporting and develop this further You will become a member of the core team for the Group-wide implementation of CSRD You work closely with other specialist departments at the Corporate Center (e.g. Corporate Financial Reporting and Accounting) and internationally with the business divisions You will process ESG-Ratings and prepare analyses, presentations and policy templates for the Management Board You plan independently and design international projects You enter intern:innen / Group student:innen

A master's degree in the field of Business Administration completed with very good success Relevant experience in companies, e.g. in auditing or accounting Very good conceptual and analytical skills A strong sense of language as well as an understanding of communication (both in German and English) combined with experience abroad and/or experience in international project work A high level of initiative and commitment combined with a very independent and careful working Result-oriented:r Teamworker:in and committed:r Networker:in Safe handling of MS Office
