We are looking for a dedicated Content Operations Assistant (m/w/d) to strengthen a team of our customer in the field of telecommunications in Nuremberg. In this position, you have the opportunity to introduce your organizational skills and commercial knowledge to successfully support our company.

Your job:

• Incoming order in the system, check and implement
• Creation and verification of invoices
• Implementation of invoice corrections in SAP
• Processing and testing of inventory lists
• Processing of returns and recalls
• Contrary to calls on the above topics

Your profile:

• Complete training as an office man or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of telecommunications is beneficial
• Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Communication strength and team skills
• Self-functioning and high operational readiness
