The powerful programs of the nlb will become in Germany, both in Tax credits, as well as in various extension stages directly on the spot operations used. CUNDENSUPPORT is written to us. Our team supports users in all technical questions about our software. Your core tasks include the analysis of complex problems that cannot be solved by 1st or 2nd level support. You work closely with the software developers to identify causes and offer solutions. Customers will also advise you on requirements that go beyond the direct scope of our software and which require customizations or additions in the customer's IT environment. You can actively shape the quality assurance and further development of our accounting systems. You can prepare technical requirements or new ideas for software development and introduce them into projects. As a software developer, you also work on your own projects. From the start, you work closely with colleagues in the team. You will be thoroughly involved and receive support at any time.

You have successfully completed your training in the IT sector and have already gained experience. You master common programming languages, especially C#. You have the analysis of complex problems and you have the pleasure of customer contact. Ideally, you can easily and understand technical facts.
