Role composition We are looking for an IT infrastructure specialist (m/w/d) at our location in Neuenstadt am Kocher. This supports the sales manager in building, maintaining and developing the customer relationship.
Your tasks: Ensuring the smooth and error-free functioning of the technical infrastructure at the site
Procurement, implementation, installation and management of IT systems (hardware/software)
Instruction of employees of all departments in used software programs, production tax and IT systems
Monitoring and troubleshooting in the production control system (MES/Shopfloor)
First-level support and user helpdesk support
Responsibility for proper IT-Change Management (for example leading change logs)
Coordination and control of external service providers (helpdesks, service and maintenance partners etc.)
Cooperation and acquisition of IT project management in initial installation, expansion and modernization projects
