Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of social education, social work or medical education (nationally recognized) or comparable studies
• Professional experience in education desirable
• good knowledge of the life situations of young people and adults, especially in the transition from school to work
• good knowledge of assistance and counselling systems in the field of vocational training
• good knowledge of MS standard software
• Knowledge in the application of pedagogical and didactic methods as well as consulting and discussion techniques
• high degree of self-organization and reliability
• Team skills and joy in dealing with people
• safe occurrence and good conflict management
• Ability to professional distance in difficult/stressing individual cases

Tasks

• Accompanying pupils with and without fleeing background in the AVdual educational course
• Creation of individual funding planning and review of progress by means of target agreement discussions
• Social-pedagogical counselling and support for young people, possibly in agreement with the youth social work
• support and support in the internship search and implementation; Contact person for internships
• common search for training/connection perspectives
• Documentation of all assigned students
• Work in the Department of Education Management at the Office for Schools, Education and Culture (Maria-Merian School)
