Tasks and activities • They support job-seekers in their integration into working life, for example by providing information about occupations or helping to prepare for an interview. • They open up new perspectives through offers such as training or retraining and make decisions for further funding. • You recognize and promote the potential of your customers. • They advise and independently accompany a firm customer base. • You are actively involved in the occupation of workstations.

Preconditions • a (special) university degree (for example from the environment social security, administration, law, financial and accounting or personnel management) • as an alternative to (skilled) higher education, professional training or completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector or in the fields of administration, social security or law) and an at least three-year professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the advertised activity
