Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed IT training or alternatively many years of experience in IT support
• ITIL certification desirable
• Experience in creating process descriptions and IT documentation
• Very good knowledge of IT support and ticket processing
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Personally, we especially like your talent to make complex topics understandable, your attention to detail and your joy in communicating knowledge.
