Develop innovative, sustainable and economical solutions for new buildings and renovations, with a special focus on optimising operational processes Conduct the technical state and quality assessment of existing objects and the development of the project in the field of TGA Creation of technical operating manuals for new construction projects to ensure smooth commissioning and sustainable operation Monitoring the progress of the TGA Conducting quality controls, deficiencies and ensuring planning qualities and their cost-effectiveness Installation and data collection for technical due diligence, the introduction of CAFM systems and facility management Competent consulting and contact person for real estate owners, investors and builders in sales and sales as well as real estate management, with particular emphasis on technical due diligence

Successfully completed training as a technician/master or a study in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), economic engineering, facility management or comparable qualification Min. 5 years of professional experience in a similar position Knowledge of the construction state acquisition, real estate management and/or plant acquisition of advantage Good analytical and strategic skills Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English Good feeling for people and facts, combined with a solution-oriented and expert working
