As Group Manager Production Management (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma.
You control and coordinate a part of the production of pharmaceutical filling plants and manage the quality and smooth project processing with your team. As a guide person, you promote your employees through regular feedback, knowledge transfer and targeted further development – with the aim of forming experts in their area of responsibility. With well-thought-out personnel, order and capacity planning, you will ensure efficient processes and organize external forces for optimal use of resources. Through close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, you optimize processes and ensure timely production.
