As Group Manager Production Management (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma.

You control and coordinate a part of the production of pharmaceutical filling plants and manage the quality and smooth project processing with your team. As a guide person, you promote your employees through regular feedback, knowledge transfer and targeted further development – with the aim of forming experts in their area of responsibility. With well-thought-out personnel, order and capacity planning, you will ensure efficient processes and organize external forces for optimal use of resources. Through close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, you optimize processes and ensure timely production. Quality Monitoring and KPI Analysis Help you keep an eye on projects and processes and continually improve them. As a mentor and motivator, you actively drive process optimizations and ensure sustainable success with your solution-oriented thinking.

A technical training with further training to the technician in mechanical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable qualification forms your basis. Leadership experience, ideally in pharmaceutical machine and plant engineering as well as enforcement capability and communication strength. With your own initiative, organisational skills and openness for new things, you act as a model and develop your team. Their value-adding way motivates employees to set sustainable standards and continuously grow through internal and external training. Strong analytical, methodological and social skills support you in implementing business and project objectives. With good knowledge of German and English, you communicate with the company and international customers.
