Accompanying sales processes Support in the preparation of economic calculations and real estate market and competitive analyses Pre- and post-processing of the weekly committee meeting Participation in the (further) development of flexible, efficient and user-friendly business plan and assessment models (Financial Modeling) Support for rental activities, including the creation of exhibits, the acceptance of rental requests, as well as the monitoring of appointments and contracts Support for the creation and testing of leases and allowances Cooperation in reporting and the creation of decision-making templates and tenders Care and preparation of rental and acquisition lists and presentations

They are currently studying in the real estate sector or economics (at least 2 semesters) Ideally, first practical experience in the real estate industry Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Imprinted Analytical Thinking Power Communication strength and joy in dealing with people High level of commitment and team orientation
