Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in part-time (80%) and within the framework of a parental leave. The Centre for Public Relations, Bodies and Controlling has three key areas of work: the central planning and coordination of public relations work, it is the managing body of the Youth Assistance Committee and other bodies and, in addition, for the compilation, evaluation and publication of data from local child and youth assistance. It also serves as a service office for the administration in the case of overarching tasks of the Youth Office.

You are responsible for the administration of the PROSOZ OPEN/WebFM and PROSOZ Crystal software modules The installation of user profiles as well as the data maintenance, cleaning and creation of print templates are your tasks You are responsible for the professional and application-related support of PROSOZ OPEN/WebFM users at the hotline You train the new staff of counselling centres, nursing and youth assistance in criminal proceedings – Outpatient measures You will develop PROSOZ OPEN/WebFM in technical terms and to improve application and ease of use The implementation of the evaluation requirements in PROSOZ Kristall as well as the development, presentation and communication of evaluations and statistics are part of your task

A degree (Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as a graduate administrator or a comparable university degree with the focus on statistics or A study (Bachelor) in the field of social work or Social pedagogy with state recognition or comparable pedagogical higher education Knowledge of the methodological and legal foundations of social work, as well as the technical standards in child protection and assistance for education, integration aid Safe handling and high acceptance of PROSOZ OPEN/WebFM as well as good knowledge of popular MS Office applications willingness to cooperate with different hierarchical levels, team- and service-oriented working style Ability to explain complex facts in oral and written form
