As a production employee (m/w/d), you are an indispensable part of the team and make sure that production runs smoothly. • Operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment in production.
• Implementation of quality controls to ensure that products meet the high standards.
• Own implementation of smaller maintenance work on machines.
• Careful documentation of production processes and results.
• Efficient work in the team to achieve production goals.

We are looking for

For this position, we are looking for motivated and detailed personalities who fall into work with enthusiasm and bring their first experiences. The requirements include:

• experience in a comparable position (but not necessarily required).
• Basic technical understanding and the ability to use simple machines.
• Teamability and a conscientious, structured way of working.
• willingness to work in shift operation, if necessary.
• Unproblematic communication in German.
