= Job description

As a customer service engineer (m/w/divers) you are the first quality interface for the relevant customer concerns.

• *Your main tasks are:**

• Establishing a trusted cooperation with the areas of work, line operation, quality departments, logistics departments and customer service organization in all assigned customer works
• Act as the first direct contact person and contact person for customer complaints/0 km problems
• Regularly proactive visits to relevant customer locations in a frequency agreed with the customers
• Coordination of the activities of external quality service providers
• Participation in problem solving and strategic quality improvement activities with international teams
• Supporting the evaluation of the perception of the CT OESL quality performance by the customer works

Qualifications

• Complete studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent training as technicians
• Long-standing professional experience in automotive business with direct international OEM customer contact
• Excellent skills in facilitating communication between customers and internal departments
• Basic knowledge of general quality methods and tools
• Flowing English and German knowledge (in word and writing)
• Very good planning and organization skills
• readiness to frequent and short-term travel
