Trainer in the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, design, implementation, documentation and evaluation of basic and technical training related to wind turbines You keep theoretical and practical training for internal employees and external customers, both in presence in our state-of-the-art training center and online You continuously optimize and update the training content in cooperation with cross-site specialist groups based on current technological developments and the participant feedback You monitor and evaluate the training efficiency through participant feedback, exams and performance reviews You make sure that the training participants have the necessary expertise and skills to carry out all electrotechnical activities in the wind turbines You work with internal specialist departments to ensure a practical and current training offer You will participate in training and seminars to expand and improve your skills

You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical training You have deep knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and has several years of professional experience in the electrical engineering industry You like to work in the team and like to introduce yourself to your know-how and ideas You have educational skills and fun to communicate your knowledge You have good communication and presentation skills and you can understand complex topics You have a responsible way of working and creativity to make and optimize training documents exciting and educational You are familiar with the use of common MS Office applications. Especially working with PowerPoint and Word is not strange to you You are physically fit and dizzy-free
