Number: MER0003N8B The MX/C Communication & Marketing division of Mercedes-Benz AG is responsible for the comprehensive management of brand management, communication and customer dialogue for Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach brands worldwide. The MX/CEE department plans, organizes and manages within this area “brands and product experiences”, international trade fairs and new event platforms. For the project team Temporary brand experiences we are looking for support in the planning and implementation of various trade fairs, especially for the IAA Mobility 2025 and other events and projects. We offer a demanding and interesting activity with our own responsibility as well as contact with agencies and other specialist departments at home. These challenges include: Estimated projects/tasks for students* Support of the project team IAA Mobility 2025 and cooperation in the preparation of further trade fairs and new platforms Preparation of press events, bookings of hotels, briefing and board presentations and also various internal documents Communication and coordination with internal specialist departments and external planning partners such as agencies and foreign representations of Mercedes-Benz AG Accompanying the vehicle processes for the respective fairs Preparation of meetings: scheduling, visitor applications, agenda, protocols, reporting and research Further more detailed tasks are defined depending on the period

Course in the field of BWL, Media and Communication, Marketing or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic and structured working Readiness to learn Communication First practical experiences or interest in the trade fair and event organization are desirable Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
