For our headquarters in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full or part time, job sharing possible:

Creating the pay bill for all employees and beneficiaries Contact person for employees in all accounting and social insurance issues Communication with health insurance companies and authorities Maintenance of the digital personnel file and collection of master data in the personal information system Preparation and production of statistics, evidence and certificates

Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g. as an office clerk / office clerk (m/w/d), industrial clerk / industrial clerk (m/w/d), bank clerk / bank clerk (m/w/d), merchant / merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management or comparable) Multiannual experience in the field of pay billing (e.g. as a specialist, pay bill, payroll Specialist, personnel officer, HR Specialist Payroll or similar) Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Good understanding of complex accounting processes Handling MS Office Products Teamability and discretion
