Your tasks

• Takeover of customer advice by phone and e-mail around the online banking
• Processing of customer orders on account management
• Management and maintenance of customer accounts and master data
• Implementation of the account system for new and existing customers, as well as settlement of accounts
• Takeover of administrative activities in relation to customer stock management

Your profile

• Completed training to the bank clerk or comparable qualification
• professional experience in banking, as well as in the field of expertise
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• Structured, careful and reliable operation
• Fun at customer contact
• Good German in Word and Writing
