Pedagogical Specialist in All-Day Care, Special Needs School (m/f/d)

Educational support and individual support: You like to work with children and rely on their need for emotional and social support. You offer help in conflict situations. Lunch table and homework: The students receive a warm meal and have the opportunity to do their homework. The focus is on individual promotion. Teamwork: Individual support plans are developed and implemented together with the class teachers of the primary school area and the parents. Organization: You help with organizing joint festivals and celebrations as well as in the design of varied holiday programs.

Qualification: You are a state-recognized educator (w/m/d), social education (w/m/d), childhood education (m/d) or medical education (w/m/d) Professional experience: You have experience in dealing with children in primary school age, showing challenging behavior. Social and professional competence: loyalty, flexibility, reliability and readiness to talk are of course values for you. Motivation: You are motivated to integrate yourself into an existing, committed team to jointly develop creative solutions and bring your own suggestions for recreational design in sports, creative, musical or other areas. Working hours: You like to work in the afternoon - also in the school holidays for weeks throughout the day. Detection of existing masonry protection (titer detection) and an extended guidance certificate when hiring. Regardless of your denomination, you identify yourself with the Diaconian order and like to shape it.
