Application Consultant SAP S/4 (Sales Division) (m/f/d)

You analyze, evaluierst, implement and test application adaptations based on specified technical requirements (Change Requests). In doing so, you also check and accept adjustments from service providers. You coordinate the services of third parties for the respective application portfolio and the associated business processes in close coordination with the IT architecture and IT security management. You make sure that all adjustments and settings - including third parties - are documented in a revision-proof manner. In addition, you take smaller IT projects independently and work actively in larger IT projects and working groups. In the 2nd level support, you will process incidents and take care of the initiation of 3rd level support. You advise and support users and key users in the application portfolio and the associated business processes. If necessary, you will help the specialist areas in defining requirements and performing tests. You are also involved in the production of training documents and continuously develop your application and process skills, especially due to manufacturer or legal updates. Contact care for manufacturers and service providers is also part of your task.

You have a Master/Diplom degree in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar field. You have comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of SAP S/4. You develop your process and application competencies independently and implement business requirements in IT solutions. You understand how to bundle and implement different requirements from the specialist areas. You have experience in building test scenarios and test procedures and a broad interest in IT solutions. You speak excellent German (at least language level C1). With your entrepreneurial thinking, your communication strength and an independent working style, you fit perfectly into the team and the class B driving licence rounds off your profile.
