As a central interface, you coordinate the cooperation between logistics, production, supply chain and other specialist areas. In addition, you develop instruments to increase transparency in order control and support the continuous improvement of customer processes.

You have completed commercial or technical training, for example as an industrial businessman or woman, or studies in the field of business, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or supply chain management. First professional experience in customer service, customer service management, in the logistics or in the supply chain environment will bring you along. Secure handling of SAP, MS Excel and digital tools such as Google Workspace is one of your everyday work.
