Team Leader Corporate Management Housing Industry – Strategy & Sustainability (m/f/d)

Team management & strategic implementation: In this key position, you will lead a team of about four employees in the area of corporate governance and ensure that strategic goals are not only defined, but also implemented effectively. You support executives in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy as well as inferred function strategies, in particular in the areas of investment and renting, making an important contribution to the sustainability of the housing industry. Management instruments, strategy & sustainability: A special focus of your work is the further development of central control instruments. You coordinate corporate governance through the Balanced Scorecard and drive risk management consistently. At the same time, you develop portfolio management and actively shape climate management including sustainability reporting according to common standards (DNK or VSME). In addition, you are responsible for the expansion and control of our company-wide internal control system (IKS). Reporting, Interface Management & Management Support: You take the reporting in close cooperation with various internal departments and act as a central interface between project groups, executive board and senatorial authorities. You prepare meaningful presentations and well-founded decision-making templates for management and thus contribute directly to corporate management at the highest level.

Your personality: You are convinced by a proactive, independent and responsible way of working. You communicate clearly and confidently, step up safely and ideally bring leadership experience with or are ready to actively fill this role. Your experience & knowledge: Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of strategy, internal control system (IKS), revision, audit or controlling. Professional experience in the housing industry is desirable and helps you quickly classify the industry-specific requirements. You have well-founded knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ESRS, GRI or VSME and are sure to move around modern corporate governance. Your education: For this position, you will bring a successfully completed degree in the field of business, economics, corporate governance, sustainability management or a comparable qualification. In handling ERP systems and MS Office 365 you are safe and routined.
