PROJECT VALUE ENGINEER (m/f/d)

You independently identify optimization projects – from fast measures to long-term initiatives – and convince the management of their implementation potential. You question existing solutions and structures critically, but at the same time diplomatically, to enable constructive approaches to improvement. You plan and guide internal and external workshops independently, bring all interface partners together and develop concrete optimization measures together. You evaluate and moderate the evaluation of optimization approaches taking into account the cost-benefit ratio (total cost) and meet sound recommendations. You carry out various cost analyses independently, prepare the results clearly and provide them for project and negotiation teams. You work closely with the development areas throughout the product development process and support in the creation and revision of neutral specifications and specifications.

You have a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in the described area of responsibility. You have strong moderation skills and are happy to work in the team – you motivate, coordinate and bring employees together. You have a good understanding of economic and technical relationships, you think entrepreneurial and recognize opportunities for added value. You are safe in dealing with current MS‐Office applications and SAP Good knowledge of German and English in Word and Scripture complete your profile.
