You lead a multi-headed recruiting team and develop this professionally and organizationally Ensure efficient, professional end-to-end recovery for IT/Tech positions You are responsible for KPI-based recruiting, build structured reporting and manage actions Optimize recruiting processes, drive automation and increase the effectiveness of the pipeline You establish and control a loadable supplier/service provider structure including frame conditions Together with HR and Employer-Branding and Personal Marketing You provide excellent Candidate experience across all touchpoints You work closely with internal stakeholders and advise Hiring Managers at eye level You support onboarding formats and get involved in strategic HR projects

You have a degree (uni/FH/DH/PH) preferably with an economic or technical focus You have well-founded experience in recruiting for IT and tech positions - ideally with team management or lead management You bring sound know-how in modern recruiting methods as well as a secure understanding of KPIs and data-based decisions with You work routined with multiple ATS systems (Applicant Tracking System) and use LinkedIn Recruiter at expert level You understand business models in the IT/Consulting environment and can confidently represent decisions based on key figures and business cases You work structured, solution-oriented and act proactive - with pronounced macher gene You communicate safely in German and English and professionally
