You are a strong personality with a look for detail? Then take over responsibility for a dedicated team in the incoming goods at our location in Hörselgau and provide a modern, autostore-based environment for smooth processes, efficient processes and highest quality - with a clear focus on safety, order and achievement. You run a professional group of around 25 people professionally and ensure clear processes and good team communication. You pay attention to compliance with safety requirements, legal regulations and order and cleanliness in the work environment. You implement operational requirements, control day-to-day business using key figures and adjust personnel and resource use as needed. You motivate your team to reach the goal, control the quality of work and train employees in coordination with the leadership if necessary. You regularly monitor the processes in your area, perform visual inspections and initiate immediate action in case of deviations.

Ideally, you have a training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification and experience in the successful management of professional employees. You have already gained practical experience in the warehouse or logistics sector and know the processes and challenges of this environment. You have a strong understanding of key figures and can specifically link them to operational processes to promote efficiency and achievement. You are characterized by a high performance motivation and enjoy defining, pursuing and successfully implementing goals. You like to work in the team, have very good communicative skills and convince by an integrative and cooperative behavior; you also bring the willingness to shiftwork.
