Senior Business Analyst – IT / Digital Solutions Public Administration (m/f/d)

As part of our development team, you will convince us by your well-founded professional experience in the requirement analysis of complex business processes, product management and agile development in our administrative environment. Your tasks include: Analysis and optimization of business processes with a view to efficiency, transparency and customer orientation in communication with public administration Collection, documentation and management of professionally functional and non-functional requirements (business requirements) in close coordination with specialist areas, developers and stakeholders Translation of complex administrative requirements into implementable Epics and User Stories Development of solution proposals and creation of solution concepts, decision templates and necessary communication measures Responsibility for the care and prioritization of the Product Backlog in the role of the Product Owner Interface management between business, software development, quality assurance and external partners Preparation and moderation of workshops, reviews, refinement and planning appointments Supporting the requirements management processes for a digitalization project of special complexity according to common standards such as SAFe Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from administration, development, QS/test and project management Working in in-house and nationwide projects A change or addition of the task area is reserved The tasks could be a safety-sensitive activity. A successfully completed study of economic informatics, computer science, administrative sciences or a comparable subject at least 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst, business requirements engineer, product owner and project management in IT projects/organisations as well as a well-founded knowledge in request management, change management and process modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0, UML, Use Cases) Safe handling of tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and knowledge of hybrid project environments (e.g. waterfall/Agil combined) Experience and knowledge in the agile IT product development according to SAFe as well as in the areas of software architecture, data models, APIs and integration concepts Understanding the challenges of federal IT structures Very good knowledge of German in word and writing If this knowledge is complemented by strong analytical, communicative and conceptual skills as well as a high self-initiative, a high sense of responsibility with results-oriented action and team capacity, then we look forward to your application.
