For the duration of two years, we are looking for you as a dedicated reinforcement for our training team. During this time you take responsibility for the extraction, accompaniment and development of our junior staff.

The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 9c; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment. What we want from you: You have the qualification as a savings bank manager:in or a completed bachelor's degree programme, ideally related to staffing, and brings as much experience as possible in training or personnel development.
