For our product support section, we are looking for a dedicated student or a student support (m/w/d) at the next possible time. One of our central solutions in the field of customer communication systems is ecconnect. This is our platform for modern contract and damage management in cooperation with our customers. In your role, you support the customer support for our ecconnect application and are the first point of contact for user questions after a thorough incorporation. You work closely with internal departments and the development department and actively contribute to continuously improving the quality of our application and the satisfaction of our users. First contact for user questions about the application ecconnect Acceptance, analysis and processing of support requests Documentation of error messages and solution steps Support in error analysis and forwarding to the development department Coordination of issues between support, department and development Participation in ensuring high user satisfaction

Continuous studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Basic technical understanding and interest in IT systems Service- and solution-oriented operation Structured procedure and communication strength Joy of contact with users and cooperation in the team knowledge of software development or experience with technical applications of advantage, but no requirement Flowing German knowledge (min. C1 level)
