IT trainer / software trainer (m/f/d)

You plan, organize and carry out presence training, online training and webinars. You also support and advise our customers on the successful application of our software after training. You analyze the requirements and processes of our customers and develop tailor-made training concepts that ensure a sustainable knowledge transfer. With your creative ader, you will create and optimize modern training documents as well as digital learning formats such as Tutorials, videos and FAQs. You coordinate training appointments and agree closely with customers as well as the internal departments involved. You work closely with our development team to understand our solutions in detail, bring customer feedback and identify potentials for the further development of our software. Together with sales and project management, you will continuously develop our training and service offers.

You have completed training or studies in a relevant field of expertise, for example from IT, STEM, Economy or Education. Ideally, you will also have first experiences in the field of User Experience (UX). You have already gained first experience as a trainer, lecturer, teacher or in a comparable role and have the pleasure of communicating complex software solutions in a comprehensible and practical way. You have a distinct educational feel, a high customer orientation and a structured and independent way of working. You are passionate about software, digital processes and new technologies and are quickly working into new applications. You communicate and present yourself in German and English and feel safe both in personal contact and in virtual training formats. You bring the willingness to flexible working hours as well as regular national and international business trips and enjoy working with customers from the authorities and security environment.
